Product Manager for an international blockchain company (working hours — CET)

Prof-IT https://prof-it.bz/about is a company that has been developing and promoting projects and releasing them to the market for more than 10 years. At the moment, we are looking for an employee for the position of Product Manager in the crypto project development team

Overview: This position involves defining the vision for the product line, developing product strategy, managing and prioritizing the task backlog and processes, overseeing all stages of product development, assessing progress, and improving the product portfolio.

Work format: Remote, full-time.

Requirements:

1) At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager in the crypto industry.

2) Understanding of marketing and tokenomics principles.

Proven experience in successfully launching products with a large audience.

3) Native Ukrainian

4) Proficiency in English

5) Ability to work in a team and effectively communicate with various departments.

6) Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

7) Ability to quickly adapt and rethink current product functions and strategies.

Responsibilities:

1) Product Management:

• Develop and implement product development strategies.
• Interact with the development team, marketers, and analysts.
• Create and manage the task backlog.
• Oversee all stages of product development, from idea to release.
• Participate in product demonstrations and control version releases.
• Organize the process of collecting and processing user feedback.

2) Product Research:

• Audit the current product portfolio.
• Conduct periodic market and audience needs analysis.

3) Product Development:

• Generate ideas, functions, and features for products.
• Develop technical documentation and user guides.
• Create roadmaps for the marketing department.
• Continuously develop and improve products.

4) Partnerships:

• Communicate with major partners for strategic collaborations.
• Integrate partner products into the project.

5) Communication with the Team:

• Interact with the technical team to hand over products for development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for cross-marketing activities.
