✨ About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple Web3 projects. In this role, you won’t just manage campaigns — you’ll build them from the ground up, working directly on strategy, execution, and team coordination.

You’ll play a key role in growing social channels, building strong communities, launching tokens, and making sure our projects get real traction. This is a role for someone who knows how to drive attention, create momentum, and deliver results — not just manage the process, but be deeply involved in it.

📌 What You’ll Do

• Write marketing and go-to-market strategies tailored to each project and turn them into clear, executable plans

• Lead social media growth and community engagement across Twitter, Telegram, and more

• Collaborate with community managers, content creators, and KOL coordinators to launch campaigns that boost visibility, attract users, and grow engagement

• Prepare briefs for copywriters, review content, and oversee the publishing process

• Coordinate the full marketing function — community, content, design, and external partners — ensuring alignment and timely delivery

• Generate and test creative promotion ideas, tools, and channels to increase project visibility and adoption

• Develop and execute strategies to support token launches and post-TGE growth — from positioning to actionable user acquisition steps

• Monitor campaign results, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to improve performance

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading marketing in Web3 or fast-paced tech environments

• Strong understanding of token launches, go-to-market planning, and community-driven growth

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work across different teams

• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ or higher)

• Creative thinking, initiative, and the ability to turn ideas into action
